- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of payment (name, address, phone number, email address, payment details).
- An order is not considered accepted until you receive a confirmation email from us.
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or decline any order.
- In the event of a partial or full refund, we reserve the right to charge in full as if the products had been shipped.
- Prices displayed on the website are set by us. Delivery fees are listed separately.
- We may update our prices at any time, and changes will be reflected on the website.
- Any order modification may incur additional charges. We will contact you for payment if required.
- Promotional codes may be issued occasionally. Only one promotional code may be used per order, and only for online purchases.
- Discounts or promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively.
- You may modify your order as long as production has not yet started. To do so, please contact us promptly by phone or email.
- Once production has begun (fabric printing or cutting), it is no longer possible to cancel the order or request a refund, as the products are personalized and made to order.
- Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will do our best to meet them.
- Slight variations in size or shrinkage may occur due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our products.
- Delivery times are provided in good faith as estimates only and are not guaranteed.

- In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect (scratches, stitching issues, hems), the item will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
- We will determine what qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
- Claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt, or within a reasonable time in the case of non-delivery.
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, alter, or otherwise use the content of the Couture & Violette Textiles website.
- You are responsible for keeping backup copies of your files and images. We are not liable for any loss, deletion, or corruption of such materials.
- Personal data provided through the website will only be used for order fulfillment and payment processing.
- By submitting your designs, you grant us a license to:
- Display and share the files for production purposes.
- print the designs.
- make necessary modifications to prepare the item for production.
By submitting your creations, you confirm that:
- You are the legal owner of the design or images submitted.
- You have the legal right to grant us a license to print them.
- To your knowledge, no third party claims ownership or exclusive rights to the design.
- The designs submitted do not infringe on the privacy, publicity rights, moral rights, or other rights of third parties.
Couture & Violette Textiles does not tolerate copyright infringement. If doubt arises, we may suspend production at any time without refund.
